Kim Greene is president of Kim Greene Consulting, Inc. specializing in providing consulting services for the IBM Collaboration Solutions portfolio for IBM i (formerly AS/400, iSeries, System i), Windows and Linux. Kim’s experience and consulting services range from installing and configuring Domino, Sametime and Connections servers to performance analysis, system and application tuning, health checks and security reviews, upgrades and migrations, disaster recovery assessments, high availability solutions, and customized application development. Other services offered include providing customized education and training for customers and business partners.

Chandra Kreig

Chandra has 10 years of experience behind her from a variety of IT programming positions. A graduate of Gateway Technical College she continued to stay involved with the IBM community by serving as the Wisconsin Midrange Computer Professional Association secretary until 2015. Currently, she is working for Liebovich Bros in Rockford, IL where she continues to improve processes bringing IBM I technologies to wireless devices.

Birgitta Hauser

Software and Database Engineer, ToolMaker Advanced Efficiency GmbH

Birgitta Hauser has been a Software and Database Engineer since 2008, focusing on RPG, SQL and Web development on IBM i at Toolmaker Advanced Efficiency GmbH in Germany.  She graduated with a business economics diploma, and started programming on the AS/400 in 1992.  She also works as trainer for RPG and SQL developers and database administrators/engineers. In addition she consults companies who want to modernize their legacy IBM i applications and grown over the time databases.

Since 2002 she has frequently spoken at the COMMON User Groups and other IBM i and Power Conferences in Germany, other European Countries, USA and Canada. In addition, she is co-author of two IBM Redbooks and the author of several articles and papers focusing on RPG and SQL for a German Publisher, iPro Developer and IBM DeveloperWorks.

In 2015 she received the John Earl Speaker Scholarship Award.

Yvonne Enselman

Yvonne Enselman is a Lab Services Engineer for Rocket Software after having been an independent consultant specializing in quality assurance and software testing. She has been published in IBM Systems Magazine and IT Jungle and blogs for System iDeveloper. She founded iThusiasm as a vehicle for "Energizing IBM i on Power System Professionals through enthusiasm and advocacy." In addition to presenting for user groups and conferences she has taught at Moraine Valley Community College. She has served as a director for both The Omni User Group (Chicago's Local User Group) and COMMON. She has earned Advanced Tester certifications from ASTQB (American Software Testing and Qualifications Board.)

April Medinger, 

UI/UX Designer/Developer, Harris Data

 Teaching herself how to design graphics and develop basic HTML websites as a hobby in high school, April designed many websites for friends and non-profit organizations in her spare time. After serving in the United States Air Force, April decided to turn her passion for website and software design into a career. She attended Moraine Valley Community College in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, where she received an Associate’s Degree in Science and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Management Information Systems, as well several other programming certificates. 

With software and technology constantly changing at a rapid pace, April believes that continuous education is one of the keys to being a good software developer. Therefore, April enjoys reading new books and attending online courses and webinars to stay current on the latest frameworks, design theories and development techniques.

April is currently a User Interface Designer/Developer with Harris Data. April has been in her current role for almost 3 years, and she loves being able to build software that helps simplify someone else's job!

In her spare time, April enjoys spending time with her husband Rob and their two dogs. They reside just outside of Chicago in the Southwest suburb of Oak Lawn. 

Stefanie Chiras

Vice President of IBM Power Systems Offering Management. As part of the Power Systems brand team, she holds worldwide business responsibility for the successful execution of the Linux on Power offerings and strategy as well as cloud offerings.

Dr. Chiras obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University and then went to the University of California- Santa Barbara for her Masters and Ph.D. in Materials Science. Upon completion of her degrees she joined the Princeton Materials Institute of Princeton University in a research post doctorial capacity collaborating with the Mechanical and Aerospace Department. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, IEEE and Women in Technology International.

Cynthia is an experience researcher, strategist and designer. She’s led strategy and solution development for brands and companies such as the Briggs & Stratton, E*Trade, Miller-Coors, Harley-Davidson, GE Healthcare, Johnson Controls, Guinness Atkinson Funds, Kimberly Clark, and Froedtert Hospital, as well as organizations University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Marquette University and Creative Alliance Milwaukee.

Evolving from her background in User Experience, and her work in and across a variety of industries, in recent years Cindi has worked to push the evolution of Experience Design and its application and practice not only in the business sector, but into unsuspecting processes and areas, including entrepreneurship, social system design and community development. Translator’s Open Lab platform pioneered ongoing community wide, cross discipline dialog in the city of Milwaukee, as well continues to serve as a pivotal tool for spurring and supporting transformational social initiatives.
